Node inspection for coordinator failing after all other steps are passing

Hi,
I ran zigbee for Java on cc2531 and the Zigbee API seems up, I am getting the IEEE addr of the dongle which is the coordinator node etc. but the last step the node inspection is failing and its not being added as a part of the network. Could some1 please tell me why this could be?
I have attached all the logs to this post

Could the device be on in different channel?
