行政員根本沒什麼事可做

[Hello World!]

看畢「 又多位行政員了」後，有感而發。

行政員比起普通管理員，只有兩個新的權限：
(1) 更改某人的帳戶名字
(2) 把某人設置為管理員

其他的，跟任何管理員都一樣。

正是如此的話，各位會不會對行政員期望過了頭呢。

Stewards usually do not allow a user to keep her Bureaucratship

Please remember that bureaucrats have the responsibility to interpret
the consensus. It is a substantial power.

For example,

1. Stewards who don't read Chinese would rely on bureaucrats in any
disputed desysopping request.

2. They can decide whether to grant sysop rights to a user, when his
support is on the margin of 80%.

That is why bureaucrats must understand what what consensus is, must
understand the community, have clear vision for the wiki, etc, and
must be trustworthy.

Interestingly, on the spanish wikipedia , all the sysops
(bibliotecario) are bureaucrats.

Since Chinese Wikipedia have not enough manpower, some bureaucrats may
need to serve administrator concurrently.

當然這些是作為行政員應有的義務或責任，但倒過來說，一個被社群信賴的普通網友也能做這種東西。

這就是我張貼這篇文的原因。

我其中一個到訪維基百科的原因，就是因為不喜歡多數的網上論壇，把戶口設定為
一級會員、二級會員、進階級會員、榮譽會員......這樣的，把網友分級這種極端的階級主義

個人也不喜歡這樣呢，還限制註冊，真的不太好。哪像維基一進來就可以編輯？

註冊後才可當上一些「職位」，是因為ip的流動性。但本人認為行政員和管理員應該分開，不應混為一談。行政員的權力比管理員少，所以也不應該視行政員比
管理員高一級。無奈現在中文維基中選行政員的其中一個的條件是已成管理員。(雖未明文規定)

沒辦法，幾乎每一個語言的行政員的基本條件就是：目前已經是管理員。
