【ZH】newee的一些Feedback

今天去参加了RIC newee OC 的会，中珠的集中在Station，东南校跟暨大的使用skype联系。meeting report稍候会发给大家。

 

我问了一下珠海newee的Feedback：觉得OGX的话 -- lack of communication and feedback, 对newee的Task 没做点评跟分享GCP，工具的使用还是不太懂，觉得自己做task 效率低，work load一下子多起来，需要适应

 

ICX的话：信息量较多，需要消化，总体挺满意。

 

总体的feedback是：

1）对全球AIESEC的复杂structure感到不解

2）觉得AIESEC的working in a team的environment很好

3）Lack of LC regulation,希望开会等的regulation可以建立起来，严明纪律，保证出勤率，工作生活分开一点（听了之后觉得newee们好有heart啊！）

4）整体SYSU newee 们还没high起来，bond得不够紧，但相信RIC之后会很好。（我们的newee超级有bond起整个SYSU的欲望喔）

5）LIC的feedback -- 比较枯燥的session希望可以有起有伏，讲得生动些。

珠海OGX NC：请做好newee first task的GCP sharing吧^^
