Meeting for this coming Wednesday 21st June

Dear All,

Long time no seen. Hope everyone is fine and in good health.

As all of you know I am busy, "Super Busy" doing my Master in Counselling. I know that many of you are busy too with commitments and life challenges. So I am writing to tell you that this coming Wednesday there would be a meeting, but there is the need for some help by each one  of you.  It is important and never ever take for granted these types of email. It is important to inform the group who would be attending as still some of us are still active and doing meetings within our section. Every time,  members are going there without knowing if someone would pop up for the meeting. In being lonely for a meeting is not worth it. I think that a simple "I cannot attend" would be appreciated and help members  in managing their time well. 

So please do respond to these emails, even if you say "I cannot attend" repeatedly, it is not a problem, you will save some time to those member who hoped that anyone would pop up for the meeting. I know the majority of us are adults now, but we are still friends, a friendship which evolved during our meetings at ZHN. I appreciate each one of you and I am missing your company. On the other hand, life is challenging and we have other commitments and everyone understand that.  

Please do answer this email so the ones who would like to meet, can do so without the fear of going to an empty building.

I cannot attend as I have my last lecture tomorrow.

As you know, I have been absent for long time now in meetings. However, following the mail would hopefully soon grant me the chance to come and say hello to you. That would not be before the 17th. of July though. I will check my schedule when I am back from holiday. And see if it fits with the meeting dates. It is surely a pleasure to meet you once in a while since I cannot keep committed to the meetings.

Good to hear you are fine and doing well😊...being on holiday is a sure sign....in truth I am in cesena avoiding malta's heat.

It's a good idea that we suggest a date later on during the month and just meet to update as a group.....imma we let some weeks pass.
