Dear All,

Hope this email finds you all well.

7 years had passed, 7 years of many memories and experiences. This summer would be my last one as Beyond's President.  We can meet for just one more time remembering our friendship, our adventures and what we had achieved throughout our experiences together. I had achieved a lot. I always found support from all of you in a way or in another. You made me grew stronger than I could had ever imagine I would be.

Vanessa had offered her place to do the BBQ. I really appreciate this kind gesture. We have to work together on this and coordinate well so the preparation would be smooth and would not be too much hassle for none of us.  

The best date to do this BBQ is on Saturday 12th August. Can you all kindly confirm who would be coming as soon as possible, Latest by 1st August please?

On another note, Some of you already knew that on February I had a chest pain and I was admitted to hospital for some observations. So during the observations I was found to be fit, but they booked me for 3 more test during a period of time to examine my heart more in depth. I had already done two of them. The first one was really good and nothing was found. Unfortunately the second one was not so positive, but nothing to be worried about. I have a leakage from one of the valves in my heart. I can live my life normally and I will do the same test again in 2 years time. This made me think that we are not here forever and we need to cherish our friendships because we never know when it would be our time to leave this earth and be called by God. 

So hope to see the majority of you for this BBQ.

Fred, remember that friendships remain, so this does not need to be our last get together. We might also wish to invite others, like Katya, Stephanie... Is Emily in  this list?

Let's start from the important thing. I am glad that nothing serious resulted from the test.... But still see that you do not do things which might bring a problem.. Personally I have a similar... a little leak in one valve (norm called murmur). I had the test last year and they told me the same things they told you.... with the difference tat i have to do the test every year. this year I repeated the test and the situation was stable as last year... so another test next year!....You have great advantage over me. It's called AGE !!!... Cardiac medicine, unlike cancer is advancing by the day, thank God. We all know that we are not here forever, but neither are we here for a short time.... so lets keep smiling if not laughing!

Point two.... I will be there for the BBQ...... what shall we bring over?

7 years had passed, 7 years of many memories and experiences. This summer would be my last one as Beyond's President.  We can meet for just one more time remembering our friendship, our adventures and what we had achieved throughout our experiences together. I had achieved a lot. I always found support from all of you in a way or in another. You made me grew stronger than I could had ever imagine I would be.

Vanessa had offered her place to do the BBQ. I really appreciate this kind gesture. We have to work together on this and coordinate well so the preparation would be smooth and would not be too much hassle for none of us.  

The best date to do this BBQ is on Saturday 12th August. Can you all kindly confirm who would be coming as soon as possible, Latest by 1st August please?

On another note, Some of you already knew that on February I had a chest pain and I was admitted to hospital for some observations. So during the observations I was found to be fit, but they booked me for 3 more test during a period of time to examine my heart more in depth. I had already done two of them. The first one was really good and nothing was found. Unfortunately the second one was not so positive, but nothing to be worried about. I have a leakage from one of the valves in my heart. I can live my life normally and I will do the same test again in 2 years time. This made me think that we are not here forever and we need to cherish our friendships because we never know when it would be our time to leave this earth and be called by God. 

So hope to see the majority of you for this BBQ.

I apologise that I have discovered that at the time of the BBQ I have a Mass with Cong.

Since I will not be there in person it is my pleasure and duty to thank Frederick for all he has done for the movement even in times of difficulty. I am sure that though he is resigning from President it does not mean he is leaving the movement. 

We will all miss him as an efficient and dedicated member and later President. However, I am sure Frederick will insist that the Movement moves ahead.
