Dear all,

This Saturday, I will talk about the bioinformatics paper "Unsupervised multiple kernel learning for heterogeneous data integration".

How to conduct the integrated analysis of omics data of different data types is a challenging problem. The authors proposed a multiple kernel framework that allows to integrate multiple datasets of various types into a single exploratory analysis.
