Hey Everyone,

I hope this email can still reach you. It's been quite for a while. I'm
ready to set up my company in China and have booked tickets back to China
early June.

It would be highly appreciated if you could provide me with your
experiences/insights/thoghts/whatever.. to assist my decision whether to set
up my company in China as内资 or外资. It's pretty much a pros & cons
analysis:-) since I am quailed for both types. Anything such as but not
limited to:
a. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly fixed expenses charged by government both
central and local
b. Tax benefits/incentives
c. Capitals in & out China
d. Initial setup procedures and ongoing maintaining efforts
c. Operational constraints

Recently I set up a website www.usita.us for 硅谷信息企业协会 that I joined last year during Shanghai trip. This association is not a local organization anymore and will be the place to discuss all issues before going back to China.
