Hello Mr. Lianghua Zhou,

I worked on a Material Handler machine (a machine for pick-up/select metal material) design project a couple of years ago and know a lot of waste and recycling companies in US. If your friend's company want to buy waste iron/steel for recycling, please let me know.

Waste management in other areas such as card board may be another choice.
