who knows what's the really meaning of 'subsecond' ( <1.0s or >1.0s ) in
'subsecond access time' and 'subsecond pstate' ?

分钟级:以分钟为单位,即速度按分钟计算,7200转/分
秒级:以秒为单位,即速度按秒计算,1GHz/秒
亚秒级:没有达到秒的速度,即1GHz/1.2秒

sub-:
表示“下,在下;低于,次于,副;亚,次”之义
所以我认为,sub-second,是精度低于秒,也就是你说的 > 1.0s
我又google了一下,现在我反而觉得subsecond是 < 1.0s了。。
