Subject: RE: UHY Event at Baruch
Hi Michael – we are looking for 3 things, if possible:
- A ZGAS E-Board member to assist in facilitating the event. With the large number of students attending, it would be helpful to have a 4th Campus Ambassador who can answer some one on one questions. As I have done with Mueed, Karen, & Phoebe, I would speak/meet with this person in advance to ensure he/she is well informed as to what to say.
- Other ZGAS E-Board members are automatically invited to attend. Do you know about how many there are?
- Non E-Board ZGAS members/students are able to apply to the posting that will be on the Zicklin site. They will be selected from there to attend.
Do let me know if you have further questions.

Subject: RE: 10/17 Meeting Notes & Next steps
Thank you Mueed & Karen – I really enjoyed seeing great minds at work! I am sure this event will be appreciated by accounting students who have not had a chance to intern, as well as those who will be learning about the benefits to a mid-size firm. Please see the next steps below:
-Mueed, Phoebe, and I - will connect on a call tomorrow (10/22) to close the loop on our discussions from Thursday. As the multipurpose room has been reserved, from there, Mueed & Phoebe will work on the logistics of the room setup and assist me with placing the food order once we have the final number of attendees.
-Michael – upon receipt of a summary of our program from me, will share the information with his E-Board as he will not be participating in the event himself. Hopefully, another representative will be able to participate in his place to represent ZGAS.
-Karen & Mueed – upon receipt of the program posting from me, will post the opportunity on GCMC & STARR with filters as discussed.
-I will try to get in touch with Ellen again this week to see if she has any feedback.
Thank you,
Meesha

That is an excellent idea! If you feel as if this is convenient for you, I can text Karen and Michael to meet us at the Starbucks in school, which is on the first floor. The Starbucks entrance is on the corner of 25th street & Lexington Avenue. It is part of Baruch's North Vertical Campus Building and we do not need a special guest list access for this.

Hi Meesha,
Thank you for responding and you have been so much help as well. We really appreciate that we have you working with us on this event and I am glad we accomplished a lot at our first meeting.
I will be meeting with Karen in front of the Newman Library at 3pm and Michael on the 3rd floor of the North Vertical Campus Building at 5pm. Both buildings are on 25th street between Lexington and 3rd Avenue. My only concern would be access to the building, since we would not have a guest list and there is no event planned for tomorrow. I will try my best to find a way.
