FW: Don't forget to buy your tickets! FAA Post Mid-terms Get Together This Thursday 10/31/13

Good Evening All, 

  This is just a quick reminder that the FAA will be holding our post mid-terms get together this Thursday, 10/31 at 9:30 PM. We plan to attend a comedy show at the People's Improv Theatre (a.k.a "The Pit") just one block away from Baruch at 123 East 24th St.

Capacity for the theatre is about 80 people and tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis. Please see secure link below to purchase tickets online  (they are $11.34 with service fee). Tickets must be purchased in advance online. There is a full bar at the venue for those over 21. Being that it is Halloween, I have been told that the Scene has a very special show in mind, and that patrons are encouraged to dress up!

   For those of you unfamiliar with the venue or improv comedy here is a little more info about the show: 

Every week The Scene features three new improvised one-act comedies performed by New York's best improvisational actors with guests from Broadway, Saturday Night Live, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, 30 Rock, The Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Comedy Central, IFC, MTV, and the Second City, iO, Upright Citizens Brigade, The Magnet Theater and The Peoples Improv Theater.

Please plan to be there by 9:15 the night of the show to pick up your tickets after you have purchased them online.
