Thanks so much for being the BEST team ever today! You have flawlessly managed must be the most logistically complex event tonight! We've got some really great feedback from mentors!
Min, thanks for the choice and logistics of food!
Sherri & Yufei, again fantastic job with the matching spreadsheet! Technology rocks!
Cel and her cart full of ZGAS supplies - I'm speechless!
Sophia and Cheng - thanks for your help with the most important Greeting spot on the first floor! Everyone made it!
Stephanie, Cathy, Yufei, someone else - those first moments at the registration tables with the flood of students - you were on top of everything!
Korina & Nelli - your iPads and the PPT come-alive!
Shion and our posters that survived the revolving door fender-bender! Thanks!
Susie, thanks for what seemed like you being everywhere at the same time, and on top of everything!
Difei, Shion, Susie, Stephanie, Ben, Yufei - best floaters/"fake" mentees! Hope you enjoyed your mentoring sessions!
George - I haven't seen you today, but I know you've been there! Thanks for the water delivery! I hope to "see" you next time!
David - I've seen those pictures! Can't wait to see them again soon on our web site!
Lin - for all the help everywhere including logistics management, food tables, and picking up our club's supplies after the event!
Michael - thanks for ZGAS poster and helping students find available sessions/mentors in the room!
Nelli - thanks for filtering all the ideas and flooding us with all the emails any time of the day and night ;). Seriously, this event wouldn't be as great without your leadership!
Everyone, who skipped their other plans... Good for you! :)

Cheng in addition to your greeting skills for saving the day and getting additional thank you cards last minute.
Hope you can all see this graphic with the big THANKS for the entire team - the event was a success due to YOUR participation and efforts!
Hope we can hang out in a casual setting before the end of the semester.
