Rollback Performance

I'm running into an odd issue. I am finding that zfs rollback takes absolutely ages, even if the only changes are chown-ing some files. zfs list -t snapshot shows the most recent snapshot to beusing 450KB of space, so in theory, this should be approximately the amount of data that should need to be rolled back. But the rollback causes many GBs of reads and takes hours.

Is anyone else running into a similar issue?
