Can Zetta be called from a Java Client ??

There are a few different aspects to Zetta and depending on what you're wanting to do yes.

If you're trying to control a device connected to a Zetta server you can certainly call the Zetta api from a Java client as it's a normal restful http api. Any http client can consume that API, see the API doc: https://github.com/zettajs/zetta/wiki/Client-API

The other aspect of Zetta is the Zetta-to-Zetta (z2z) protocol to connect multiple Zetta servers together. That *requires the javascript Zetta server, though in theory you could rebuild the zetta peering protocol in any language as it uses standard http/websockets/spdy protocols.
