The original question I posed was about the relative dangers to a
sixteen year old of smoking and buggery. All we have so far
established is that currently about a fifth of all deaths are
attributed to smoking related diseases, and that of the 150,000 who
have so far died of AIDS induced causes about 120,000 were
homosexuals. Can anyone calculate the relative dangers of the two
activities from that information?
