Did anyone else see the programme last night? I thought the Bonobos
the most remarkable species shown. Are they as intelligent as they
appeared to be?

Having visited Twycross I can't say I have ever seen the antics they
got up to there. Mind you, it has been a while since I went and
I believe that things have changed.

Damn! Missed it. They have always been favourites of mine.
They are so 'human', having discovered that sex is not just
the urgent urge to procreate but that it is pleasant, fun
and much better than war.

It was intriguing to watch the expressions on their faces as they
watched the television. This programme got a really good write up by
various critics, who seemed to prefer it to The Zoo.
