unwanted behaviour when saving after editing multiple resx files

example:
let's say I open 10 resx, each containing 10 strings
after editing and saving
each resx contains all strings from all resx that were opened simultaneously
so each resx contains 100 strings
all 10 resx are identical except for the filename...
is this a bug or a setting?
I never had this problem in the past with Zeta...
