ZWiki : 0.9beta release

For some time now, ZWiki 0.9beta release is used for Zeta development.
The following are the key additions to 0.9beta.
1) Defining document sections
Instead of using "===" style markup to define section headers, users
can also write it as,
h1. Section header
h2. Sub section header
h3. Sub Sub section header
... and so on up to - h5
While using this markup make sure that they are at the beginning of a line.
2) ADDRESS template
Added Tag-template to generate ADDR html tag.

3) Code blocks and syntax highlights
Wiki Extension module (plugin) to define and syntax highlight code block.
