The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) held its third workshop on the statewide Zero Waste Plan on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Ahead of the workshop, CalRecycle released a draft of the Zero Waste Plan.

The Workshop Slides, Draft Zero Waste Plan, and Discussion Document can be found below. Comments on the Draft Zero Waste Plan will be accepted through Friday, October 17, 2025.
