We are so excited to kick-off our first of four upcoming Community Climate Conversations: From Waste to Worth, hosted by the County of San Diego’s Office of Sustainability and Environmental Justice! 

 

We look forward to seeing many of you next week, and if you have not yet had the chance to share your attendance with us, please fill out this RSVP form. 

 

For those who will be joining us this coming Monday (March 2), below you can find more information on logistics and materials. 

 

Community Climate Conversation: From Waste to Worth (North County) 

 

  • Date – March 2, 2026 (Monday) 

  • Time – 2pm to 4pm If you are available, we invite you to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and network! 

  • Address – Carlsbad City Library Gowland Meeting Room | 1775 Dove Ln, Carlsbad 

  • Parking and Transit – Onsite and street parking is available at and near the library, with the nearest bus station at the 309/609 stops along El Camino Real and Dove Ln 

 

We’ll have light refreshments, and water will be available from refill stations within the library. You can also request interpretation or accessibility needs in the form or by replying to this email.  

 

If you aren’t able to attend on Monday, all Community Climate Conversations will share similar content and feedback opportunities. Please feel free to join an upcoming one, or as many as you are interested in!

  • March 9, 2026 5:30pm (Monday) at Reuse & Repair Collective 

  • March 11, 2026 5pm (Wednesday) at Spring Valley Library
