Recycling Specialist III  lead the work of Recycling Specialist I and Recycling Specialist II positions and coordinate the development and implementation of the most complex projects for the City of San Diego's Waste Reduction and Diversion Program; act as contract managers for the more difficult and complex recycling contracts; monitor multiple contracts; prepare cost benefit analyses and assist in budget preparations; make formal and informational presentations to business and community groups; prepare reports; and perform other duties as assigned.
