Bottle Bill Coalition Meetings on Thursday this week

HI All,

We had a great kickoff meeting last Friday for the Better Bottle Bill 2026 campaign. This fall we are focusing on three things primarily: 1. Getting Governor Hochul to put the Better Bottle Bill into her Budget proposal for 2026. 2. Meeting with Democratic Legislators that have yet to sponsor the bill and address their issues with facts rather than the lies of Big Beverage, and 3. do a compliance audit of beverage retailers to see if they are properly post the Consumer Bill of Rights related to the bottle redemption program.
