Tina, If I come to the meeting, I’ll lose my parking space (snow emergency). So I’m taking a pass on this one.

Looking forward to next Christmas, perhaps we could facilitate a more sustainable way to dispose of Christmas trees. I came across an Internet video showing a goat farmer in the Ithaca area giving discarded Christmas trees to his goats. The goats love the crunchy needles on the trees and go crazy over them! While Christmas trees at present are chipped and added to yard waste (and this is more sustainable than the previous practice of dumping them in the landfill), this would provide two sustainable methods of disposal. The denuded trees could then be chipped and added to yard waste.

Attached is the schedule for the Regional Anaerobic Digester project.
