Dear colleagues,
as a courtesy to COP23 delegates and especially those who are in Bonn but not accredited, we are offering excursions to one of the most interesting locations for the climate challenge, especially as it pertains to the energy transition: One of the biggest open-pit coal mines in the world (Hambach), operating to this day just outside Bonn.
Shuttles are leaving from next to the COP main entrance at 9 am and 2 pm every day during COP23. The tour is free of charge and takes about 5 hours.
Kindly,
Kjell Kühne
