HAMCOM-Modem am PC?

Ich möchte eine Anwendung programmieren, die ihre
Daten aus einem HAMCOM bezieht.
System: Win95, ProgSprache: Delphi, VB oder C.
Da es mir eigentlich um die Weiterverarbeitung der
Daten geht und ich das Rad nicht unbedingt neu
erfinden möchte:
Gibt es fertige Komponenten, die den Datentransfer
zwischen HAMCOM-Modem und PC deichseln
oder kann mir alternativ jemand Informationen zur
Art dieses Transfers geben ?
