venous hemangioma

Hello,

A friend of my sister (without network account) is suffering from

venous hemangioma / cavernous hemangioma

I just have a letter that says: knuckles in her left hand and arm
that propagate towards her body, so that she is affraid that sooner
or later the disease will reach her heart and she will die.

She is looking for a specialist who knows an appropriate
therapy against this rare disease. If you know such a specialist
I would be more than happy to forward his address to that woman.

Doctors in Germany or at least in Europe of course will be especially
appreciated, I don't know if she can afford or will get paid a medical
treatment elsewhere.
