Re-scheduling Washed out games- Please read all details carefully

Teams,

We were able to get a few extra slots from Russell creek and DFW cricket ground for rescheduling washed out/future games and practice for this week only.(11/19 . 11/20)

Please read through all the details carefully  below.

Teams are requested to send all the re-schedule games requests after 8pm tonight and it will be first come first serve and also on priority and availability. Any requests before 8pm will not be considered.

Priorities :

1. Washed out games.*(Please see note below)

2. Future games which can be rescheduled**(Please see note below)

3. Practice games :

Note : DCL is not rescheduling the games and will not be assigning umpires . Requests needs to be made for Rent an Umpire as usual. If UMPIRE is not found by rent an umpire teams have to umpire the games on their own.

Here are the slots available for rescheduling :

Saturday November 19th 2016:

G5 : 1st slot(8am-12pm), 2nd slot( 12:30pm-4:30pm)

G6 : 1st slot(8am-12pm), 2nd slot( 12:30pm-4:30pm)

G7 : 1st slot(8am-12pm), 2nd slot( 12:30pm-4:30pm)

Sunday November 20th 2016:

G7 : 1st slot(8am-12pm), 2nd slot( 12:30pm-4:30pm)

Sunday November 20th 2016:

DFW Cricket Ground: 1st slot(8am-12pm), 2nd slot( 12:30pm-4:30pm)
