Need help creating a webhook

I am working on some Zapier automations for Zengine and for one of them I need to create a webhook. I see that in order to do this I need to create a plugin. I looked at some tutorials and got as far as installing node, git, yeoman, and a zengine generator. But from there I'm stuck. I have no idea what to do next to create a working plugin that will allow me to get the webhook URL I need for Zapier. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I think you are looking for the plugin  Zapier Trigger Buttons  it will allow you to integrate with a zapier integration. If you end up writing a plugin we have 2 libraries for JS that help with that you are welcome to explore
