Webhook is not being triggered time to time

Hi,

My webhook is sometimes not being triggered.
For example, 13 records were created in a form that has a webhook set to trigger on create, but the webhook only fired 11 times.

I checked the webhook events through the API, and it also only returns 11 events.

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue?
