update application command and a string properties

The update application command does not accept a string of
properties. I looked at the source and the update method does not
handle the case when the property file does not exist. See lines 422
thru 424 in the class: org.zend.sdklib.application.ZendApplication
The deploy method does handle this case. See lines: 157 thru 161 in
the class: org.zend.sdklib.application.ZendApplication.

How can I contribute to this project? I have created a new command to
get the application id for a given target and user application name.
I would like to contribute this back to the project, but I am unsure
how to do this?

Any contribution is welcome so open new issue using
http://code.google.com/p/zend-webapi/issues/entry and attach your
patch or changes to it. If you have any other ideas what should be
changed, improved or you have an idea about something that would be
useful, open issue for it. We have also set of features planned for
the next releases so if you are interested in a general contribution
to this project, let me know and then we will talk about details.
