Zencafe Client Crash

I have a problem with Zencafe. Server and client communicate fine with
each other. I start the client with 10 minutes. After 3-4 minutes the
time windows at the top left hand side of the screen closes on the
client and the sever shows a red cross on the client icon. I have
tried changing the client polling time from 10 seconds to 1 second
just incase they were losing connection with each other, but this does
not work.

I was using Zencafe 2.0 with cafe con leche software. I then upgraded
to Zencafe 2.2 with Mkahawa, but i am still having the same problem.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Based on my little experience, if TTL on ping test more than 500, so the billing connection between client and server will have problem such as still red cross or the billing will be stuck, maybe you can try to check the connection..
