Hi

i'm trying to compile the zen-kernel under archlinux. i get the
following error message:

No rule to make target
`/media/ram/linux-zen/pkg/linux-zen/lib/firmware/./', needed by
`/media/ram/linux-zen/pkg/linux-zen/lib/firmware/atmsar11.fw'. Stop.

i'm using the archlinux config with activated BFS, TuxOnIce.

Dennis,

Are you using git or something else? I use zen on Arch with git and I have not come across that.

I have to be honest, unless I am working from git I am a bit lost. But that firmware is for a Madge Network Collage 155 PCI ATM card I thnink. Can you go into the .config and disabled it there and try again?

without the "Madge Ambassador (Collage PCI 155 Server)" module, it
compiles and get packaged without any errors.

Try disabling it in menuconfig and recompiling.
