patch for 3.4/master

I couldn't build 3.4/master. It complained that cpu_online_map wasn't defined in try_preempt in bfs.c. I noticed that the define for cpu_online_map was only in a ifdef for CONFIG_HOTPLUG_CPU. I moved it out and I'm running the build now. It seems to be fine but someone should look over my work since I don't do a lot of work with the kernel code.

Yeap Con warned about CONFIG_HOTPLUG_CPU:

"Thanks, apologies I didn't try building on SMP without CPU
hotplug enabled since that's on most configs these days. I put a
hotfix patch in the top post for this."

I added the patch to 3.4/master, it should build now without altering your configuration.
