Zen teacher Sangen Salo's teishos are available in podcast format on most platforms. A teisho is a talk given in a retreat setting, that highlights a Zen perspective on different aspects of life. The teishos from the five-day retreat in Sanneji in February, and from zazenkai in the Turku and Helsinki zendos will be available to listen to on Saturdays throughout the spring.
