Ateriataukojen aikana Zen Centerillä on tarjolla pientä syötävää, esim. voileipiä, hedelmiä, teetä ja kahvia. Omia eväitä voi tuoda, mikäli haluaa tuhdimpaa purtavaa. Halutessaan voi käydä myös ulkona syömässä.
Jäsenemme voivat yöpyä zendolla yksinkertaisissa olosuhteissa (oma makuupussi ja tyyny mukaan, patjoina zabutonit).

2) Have you participated in any previous retreats or sesshins? If so, where and when?
3) If this is your first retreat, briefly describe your history in zen practice.
The application time will end on Tuesday 28th of January. The retreat fee is 25€ for members and 40€ for non-members, and it must be paid before the beginning of the retreat. Bank account details:

During meal breaks, simple snacks such as sandwiches, fruit, tea and coffee are served at the center. You can also bring your own food or go out for lunch.
Zen Center members can spend the night at the center. Bring your own pillow and a sleeping bag. Zabutons can be used as mattresses.
