Friend list, missing dragon points

So my wife and I have upgraded to the latest version, and we have sent and received friend requests. Although I know she has over 1000 dragon points and at least 20 koi in her list, her friend list entry says zero dragon points, and her pond appears to contain only a single Inazuma. I haven't checked on what she sees in my friend entry, but I would like to know how to get accurate dragon points and pond contents. BTW, I'm running Android and she's on IOS if it makes a difference. Thank you.

Hi Charles,

May we check if she is playing ZK2 on more than one device? It sounds like you added a new game of hers (thus the 0 DP and new pond). 

Please ask her to contact us directly through the in-game support, under the Help screen.

You can send us a direct support message as well, so we can check whether you are on each other's friends lists.
