I want to end up with:

<div class="whatever">
       <div class="some class">
       </div>

</div>

I have tried div.whatever >div.someclass which doesn't work. I'm using SublimeText2 on a mac.

.whatever>.some.classes (no spaces)

that gives me <some class="classes"></some>

Look closer: there’s dot after '>' symbol: .whatever>.some.classes
