square instead of a letter in word "сүрә" which is in main page in
heading of sura while tatar language is set. i looked at font
configurations and had not found there configuration for sura heading
in main page.

This is not possible through GUI to change sura name font. You can however manually edit either <zekr>/res/ui/theme/<sky or other themes>/page-items.vm and change

class="def suraName" to class="suraName" (remove def).

Alternatively, you can set whatever font you like in <zekr>/res/ui/theme/<sky or other themes>/css/common-style.css like 2. For example you can add Arial Unicode MS after 'font-family:' which results into something like this:

font-family: Arial Unicode MS, Garamond, Georgia, Serif;

i tried both ways but it did not work firstly, then i tried second way
and then switched theme to usman taha and then back to sky and changes
has been applied then.

Pressing Ctrl+R (Reload) may also do the refreshing job.

no, it does not. i have tried to click reload in context menu. also
restarting the application does not work.

I meant switching to other theme and then again to current theme was not required for removing HTML cache. You could simply 'reload' through: View > Reload.
