Supporting tags in Zekr

Hi

I have downloaded the source code and added tagging as a new way of searching. But I have problem in packaging the whole project for Mac. (I'm using Mac OS X)
Is there a guide or document on how to package the software?

Salaam,

There is no document. Please unzip (un-tar-gzip) our osx tgz package, and find files bundled in the package.

Hi,

Sorry for not replying sooner, if you included Mac in your message title it would take my attention sooner.

All you need to do is making a duplicate copy of Zekr.app, then navigate to Contents/Resources/Java and put your new zekr.jar instead of the original one in there.

Thanks for your reply.... I did that and it works fine ... but it's just I don't know why fonts and look and feel are not right... fonts are a bit different... when I run the original Zekr.app every thing is fine but when I add my jar file as well as properties file ... something goes wrong and I can't see the right fonts.

Not only fonts, but also you know the current Aya highlighter? it's not showing anymore??? so I don't know on which Aya I am unless I look at the drop-down list on the left hand side.

What's wrong and what should I do to get it back to nomal?

Hi Mohammad,

You're welcome.

Can you send the zekr.jar (and preferably also the source of the changes) and properties files to me to test?

My guess is you have changed something while you were adding tagging support.

In case I don't find the fix I hope Mohsen finds it.

I have finished the tags for Zekr. Would you like me to send you a patch so you can apply it on cvs?
There is a patch as well as a jar file
