Zeitgeist Movement Japan Chapter Meeting (in Tokyo) Minutes
Self introductions. 11 members in person, from countries such as
Japan, Brazil, France, Canada, and England. 4 members attended via
Skype.
Meeting room rental fee: 9,450 yen.
Total anonymous donations: 9,000 yen.
(future meetings will be free)
From now on there will be 3 meetings per month:
1 Face to face meeting
1 Internet meeting using Teamspeak3
1 Full moon meeting (café style meeting on the evening of the full
moon, for free discussion of ZM, VP and RBE and getting to know each
other).
A fixed schedule will be established soon. Members will be surveyed
for best time.
We need to find a free meeting room for up to 20 people. Suggestions
from all members welcome.
What do members want to experience in our Chapter?
A place to take action.
To get ideas from other people.
To get resources for communicating about RBE
To use personal assets for the movement.
To be able to discuss the various topics in the Zeitgeist Movement and
the movies.
To have access to proper Japanese translations of the movies and other
documents.
The Japanese version of the Zeitgeist: Moving Forward movie will be
released on Z-Day (March 13th) if possible. It will be our Zeitgeist
Day event. Several theatres are in consideration such as the
SuperDeluxe in Roppongi and others. The Pink Cow restaurant in Shibuya
is also an option for a smaller screening.
Translation issues. The Translation Team needs to be organized and the
members increased. A meeting will be held this week to begin the
process.
Many members were very interested in dubbing the movie. We may
approach Peter Joseph about details after Z-Day.
The details of the glossary will be discussed at the upcoming
Translation Team meeting.
Tools such as the Activist Orientation Guide also need to be fully
translated this year.
Miscellaneous:
The website will be upgraded. A summary of official documents
included.
An official, easy to understand, summary of Zeitgeist: Moving Forward
in Japanese was requested.
In order to attract people to the information we have, we can use
music and art and make it fun.
Host parties.
Screen the movie at Universities, or other interesting places.
The group discussed the target market for the Zeitgeist: Moving
Forward movie. Intellects and people who are academic enough to
understand the material.
Various suggestions:
The Esoteric Agenda Movie was recommended.
A system of exchanging time instead of money.

１１人のメンバーが参加。日本、ブラジル、カナダ、イギリス。
スカイプで４人が参加。
○ミーティングルームレンタル料金 ９４５０円
寄付 ９０００円（ミーティング後出席者が出し合いました。）
将来的には無料でやります。
○これから、１ヶ月に３回ミーティングを行います。
１. フェイストゥーフェイス ミーティング（実際に合うミーティング）
１. インターネット ミーティング（Teamspeak３を使用する）
１. フルムーン ミーティング（毎月、満月の夜に行う、カフェスタイルのミーティング。ツァイトガイスト運動、ヴィーナスプロジェクト、資源ベース
経済について話し合い、お互いに知り合う。）
”フェイストゥーフェイスミーティング”は、曜日を固定して行います。日にちについては、追ってお知らせします。メンバーは、都合のいい日を選ぶことが
できるようになります。
２０人以上入るミーティングルームを探しています。皆さん、もし、提案や情報がありましたらお知らせください。
○メンバーは、日本チャプターで何をしたいのか。
行動を起こせる場所。
いろいろな人からアイデアを聞くこと。
資源ベース経済に役立ちそうな資源をさがすこと。
個人の能力を運動に行かすこと。
ツァイトガイスト運動や映画についての様々な話題に関して、話し合えること。
映画と、文書に関して的確な日本語訳をつけられるようにすること。
○Zeitgeist:Moving Forwardの日本語バージョンは、可能であれば３月１３日のZ-Dayに公開します。３月１３日は
Zeitgeistの記念日であり、この日にイベントを行う予定です。いくつかの劇場を考慮中です。Super Deluxe(六本木）などです。
The Pink Cow（渋谷、レストラン）や、横浜のギャラリーでも、小規模の上映を企画中です。
○翻訳に関して
翻訳チームは組織化と、メンバーの増強が必要。そのプロセスを始めるためのミーティングを今週中に行う。
ツァイトガイストに関する用語の用語辞典を作ること企画している。次の翻訳会議で話し合う。
例えば、Actibist Orientation Guide（ツァイトガイスト運動における、実践主義者として行動するためのの入門書）というよう
なツールが、豊富にある。今年、これらを翻訳する必要がある。
○多くのメンバーが、映画をダビングすることに興味を持っている。Z-day以降、ピーター・ジョセフに交渉することを考えている。
○その他、話し合った事項
ツァイトガイストJPのウェブサイトをアップグレードする。オフィシャルな文書の要約も含まれる。
映画についての理解をより容易にするために、日本語での要約の希望があった。
私たちがやっていることに人々を引きつけるため、音楽やアートを使い、楽しくする。
ツァイトガイストのパーティーを開催する。
大学で映画を上映する。また、面白そうな場所で上映する。
映画のターゲットになる層についての話し合いを行った。→知識人や、内容について十分に理解できる知識を持った人々。

カネの代わりに時間を交換するシステム。

Brilliant! TeamSpeak 3 is a valuable tool, and building our translation team is an excellent way to do this, and have other meetings, of course.
