Sonic can interact with the various windows opened at the time, and can even push some around. He controls like he normally does in the Mega Drive games. The user can do many things, including adding objects like lampposts, Rings and enemies to the desktop. Sonic interacts with each object like he would in the games. The user can also change Sonic to a different character (or even an enemy!) and play with it as well using the controls specified for that character. Each character and object has their own file which can be edited to change the physics or the look of the character. The game allows the character to be controlled using the keyboard, a joypad or by randomly pressing buttons by itself.
This version contains only Sonic, able to interact with open windows. It has a significantly smaller filesize and uses less RAM and CPU than the full version. It supports keyboard and random input modes, and a new mode where Sonic follows the mouse, while also responding to keyboard input (like Tails in the games).
Windows user, have not touched sonic Pi in a few months. None of my scrips run right anymore. Same PC sonic pi 3.3.1 use to run great. No issues what so ever. Now sonic pi cant even run a few threads without going out of sync.
A useful piece of software to work with to get further information here is LatencyMon - which might be worth playing with - with and without loopMIDI and with or without any drivers that it installed (such as virtualMIDI).
Recently upgraded my hardware to Ryzen 2 from Sandy Bridge 2500k but the Realtek Audio is near the the same ( low quality ). Getting my old EQ settings seems to be impossible with the newer software and so Warframe sound really terrible, like tin can telephones bad. This got me wondering about the surround virtualization software that comes with Windows and Dolby's Atmos and if Warframe even supports them?
I use an Astro headset and use Dolby surround religiously with Warframe. Sounds 1000% better for me.in actual fact the surround options of windows takes the base output and mixes the sound into a surround experience on a headset, whereas most 'surround' headset systems have isolated left and right, these mix a bit of left into right and vice versa for a better surround experience *on a headset*. All in all, the software doesn't need to support it, your hardware needs to, and your headset/speakers need to be good enough quality to handle whatever sample rate your using.
Enhanced Privacy
Soundproof windows not only reduce external noise but also help prevent sound from escaping the interior, thus providing enhanced privacy for occupants. This can be advantageous in residential settings where privacy is important.
Then I tried to raise it and it will not respond from any switch, Passenger or Drivers. When I hit down it dimmed the lights , so I know its responding to the command. When I hit up...no dimming of the lights. Am I chasing a switch or a motor problem. The motor is a 2 wire type, and polarity switches when you go up or down.
I had to replace a bad lift motor on my Saturn SL1 years ago. With the inner door panel removed, unplug the motor connector. Use a test light to verify power is good fron both switches for up and down.
GM's rivet the motor into the door - kind of a PITA. You MAY be able to spin the motor gear by hand to get the window up. Replacement motor comes with new LARGE rivets (a standard Pop Rivet tool will NOT work...) Check the function first before you button up the door panel...
One common problem with power windows. The wires break inside the boot from the door pillar to the door from flexing. You may have a broken wire inside that boot. There is also a good chance that car has a body control module which can do all sorts of funky things
the sonic port just damaged a few of my PCs, once unplugged it destroyed the dll files for my recording section of the control panel, now i cannot acces ANY of my recording devices, and reaper will not open because it cannot find any recording interface whatsoever, as soon as i click on the "recording" tab in the control panel it says not responding, so i cannt access ANY OF MY recording devices or softwares, because i put the sonic port vx in and when it came out it somehow raped my Registration, LOOK AT YOUR CODING there is something wrong if ur device is destroying and crippling ppls PCs im sure im not the only one who has seen this, i used such seperate PCs and the same results within moments of a first recording of each, seriously guys send this message to your developers there is a DLL Mistake if its removing components or leaves false imprints on the memory of PCs
I cannot seem to get any of the drivers to work with Windows 10 ( 64 bit ) no matter what I do. Both 1.76 and 1.52 seems to crash the audio settings in the control panel, and when selecting it as an ASIO source, it just causes the program to hang. I cannot even get it to work with ASIO4ALL ( even if I could it wouldn't be good enough, as it only goes down to 512 samples which is too much latency ).
I'm under the impression that Windows 10 is not really a supported operating system after all. Is it realistic that we'll see a new driver release in the future, or do I really have to dual-boot a windows 7 setup to enjoy the VX in a desktop environment?
HOWEVER... I notice I currently cannot use both my AmpliFi ASIO Inputs at the same time as the Sonic Port (if I plug one USB in, the 2nd one will cut off the 1st one.) using the older 1.52 driver. Simultaneous use requires upgrading to the 1.76 Sonic driver and the 1.77 AmpliFi driver. When both are updated, you can then use the AmpliFi to record while the Sonic VX is your FX processor.
AND, I notice that while I can get the Mobile POD on the iPhone working with output via the Sonic Port Line Outs (to address another observation about latency, I find the latency when trying to record from the Sonic out routed back into another ASIO line-in, such as my AmpliFi, or via a Presonus I/O, .)
The Sonic VX will disable the ASIO Recording and Playback inputs (to Windows) if both the USB to PC and Lightning are used simultaneously. If I then disconnect the iPhone from the Sonicport, the ASIO/USB port re-activates again. This is true regardless of driver version, and in both Windows 7 and 10. I think this is by design. The USB port is only providing pass-through power if the Lightning is enabled (which answers someone else's question about trying to use the iPhone/iPod as an FX loop while recording in Windows (you would need another interface to connect the line-outs from the Sonic VX to the PC/Mac; in my case, I can use the AmpliFi as a route back into the PC to record the post-effects signal by the iPhone.)
I have 2 an unltrarendu and a microrendu. The transport is an older sonic transport. I can play music using Tidal, but my titles do not show up at all. I also have a newer sonic transport and that will not boot at all. I have a separate system in Colorado, virtually the same and it works fine.
It might be wise to use the template found in the support part of the forum and detail exactly how your network is set-up - asking support to move this post to that part of the forum might be wise to get help from the roon support team (NB: they are not around on Monday)
You can enable Spatial Sound in Windows 11, which is also known as "3D Audio." It provides a better experience by creating more immersive sound. When you turn on Spatial Audio on a compatible device, it feels like the sound comes from around you, not directly in front of you. Spatial Sound makes watching movies more immersive and can also improve your gaming skills by letting you feel the direction of the sound.
Before you activate Spatial Sound in Windows 11, note that for a proper immersive sound experience, you need a compatible output device that supports Spatial Sound in Windows 10 and 11. Although Windows can simulate 3D audio on any headphones, you get the best results when using a compatible sound system or headset.
It is important to note that different audio devices (headphones, soundbars, sound systems, home theaters) may require other 3D audio apps available in Microsoft Store. A set of headphones, for example, may need Dolby Access to enable spatial audio.
If your device does not work with Windows Sonic for Headphones, click the Get more spatial sound apps link next to the drop-down menu. Download a corresponding app, then select it from the drop-down menu in the spatial audio settings.
Just found it in the taskbar. Right click sound icon, then click on Sound Settings, then select device on choose where to play sound, and it gives those options. So not too bad I guess still there but more hidden.
it is strange with settings dolby home cinema so it does not work to go to settings on dolby access .. but if you set them on dolby hedset then it is possible to go to dolby access settings. orels grayt app
you can still just rright click the bottom right speaker, also ive been doimg this new windows 11 feature i took time to read just now way before windows 11 was thought about. Windows sonic sounds like 2 solo cups with yarn between them for spatial compared to Dolby and DTS!
