I have no idea where to start.

This is what I need to do, and I would love if somebody could explain
to me how to do it. I've looked in the "Getting Started" area, but
none of those things seem to answer my questions.

First and foremost, I am using this for a project in school

I need people to text a number to "sign up" for my project. Then, I
need to be able to send text messages out to all the people who signed
up. Then, the people who subscribed will send back a response to the
thing I sent out.

I would greatly appreciate if somebody could explain how I can do this
with Zeep.

You will get very little to no help from zeep themself, I have been
trying to get help from them for about a year and cant get a response.
Also some of their content on the site is so old and outdated Im not
sure if anyone runs this site anymore. Anyways....I might be able to
help you. What language are you going to write this in?
