Responding to an event

I guess I am not sure how this works.

When a subscriber receives a message from zeep works fine. But if they
text back a message, I am not sure what I need to do.

If my prefix is "Topspin"

Then they text back

Topspin:This is a test

Topspin This is a test

This is a test

In all three cases I get the "Oops the command is not recognized"

What do I have to do to accept a message on my URL?

Make sure the callback url is set in your Zeep Acct settings.

Then texting the message below should work:

Topspin This is a test

*make sure you leave out the ":" after your prefix
