I have this perennial problem of internet connection in the store thereby food stamp, debit/credit, ATM do not work. Even orders cannot be sent. It causes lost sales, lost profits and frustrated guests stop patronizing. What are my options. Repeated requests to FC etc and calls to help desk have failed to resolve the issue. If anyone else has similar situation. What was the equitable resolution.

 Bill,
Ask your FC to call your RISM. Last I knew it was Mark Loffer. He should be able to help.

Have a minimum six certified order writers. Be 100% instock on the "list of the month" greet all guests....make coffee every 5 minutes and oh yes....you are the only one with this problem. How many prebooks do you want?

Yes, exact same problem for years. I believe it is the phone line carrier ATT, trouble with shortages in the line
7-11 pays the phone company therefore 7-11 responsibility to fix, however ignorance is pleaded on their behalf. As 7-11 is concerned case closed.

Jim, good to see your post. He too is involved since long. AT&T is the provider. When I call AT&T for repair/ compensation , they say I am not the customer. I have the log maintained of disconnection period. I think company needs to find solution and compensate me for lost profits( similar to lost beer sales). Thanks
