Window theme

I'm hacking a solarized_dark window theme that blends well with the editor theme of the same name. What's the recommended way to distribute a window theme?

Also, I wasn't able to find how to customize the background color and text color in menus (in the standalone app), or the background color of the bar that says "Press Enter to run the selected command" when opening a file of running a command, or the bar that says "... press Enter to jump to first match" when searching. Any idea how to customize those? The only example to work from in zed_dark.css and it doesn't seem to be defined in there.
