This is Kevin writing from NetDragon Websoft Inc.(China), I saw your android application-"Zebra Paint" on android market a few days ago. We think it is a very nice and interesting app, so we hope to get your permission to localize and introduce it to the Chinese android fans through our distribution channels. If you have other apps and want to translate them into Chinese, we would love to help, too.
Currently, we can only provide free service to translate and distribute free or trial versions. Anyway, if you are interested, or have any questions, please let me know.
