Cognos BI Presentation Layer Metric Developer:

We need a front-end Cognos BI Presentation Layer Metric Developer for this project.  This consultant should have demonstrated knowledge on developing enterprise metrics, using Cognos v8.3-8.4 Report Studio.  This consultant is experienced at developing enterprise metrics, using trend-lines, stacked bar charts, graphical pie charts, traffic light and tabular formats for Client (Key Performance Indicators) for -- front end executive presentation layer screens.  Knowledge of Cognos v8.3 Event Studio, Metrics Designer, and Metric Studio -- is preferred.  This consultant should also have deep working knowledge of Framework Manager, Transformer, as well as Cognos front-end GUI's
