1. Senior Hyperion Infrastructure Administrator
· 7+ years’ experience in installation, configuration, and performance tuning of EPM products including HFM, FDM, Planning, and Essbase.
· In-depth knowledge with Windows
· In-depth knowledge of Hyperion EPM products in areas of installation, setup and configuration, and performance tuning
· Ability to work with developers and business analysts
· Responsible for installation and configuration of EPM products per requirement
· Responsible for SSL configuration and SSO integration
· Responsible for patching of Hyperion software, i.e. Planning, Essbase, HFM, FDM, and ERPi/ODI
· Strong troubleshooting skills related to Planning, Essbase, HFM, FDM, and ERPi/ODI
· Strong tuning skills to support the tuning effort for each module
· Responsible for implementing proper Essbase backup and restore procedures
· Develop Essbase scripts and processes to support Planning implementations
· Develop Essbase load scripts to load from flat files as well as data warehouse
· Create inbound and outbound interfaces for Essbase
· Excellent communication skills and customer focus
· Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
· Strong knowledge of Change, Release, Incident, and Problem management
· Ability to write and maintain Windows scripts

2. Hyperion Essbase/Planning Sr. Developer
The position will require the candidate to be involved in the entire
development life cycle from requirements analysis thru design, testing,
implementation to post-production support. The candidate would be expected to
have a thorough knowledge of Hyperion suite of products including Essbase,
Planning, Financial Reporting, EAS and APS. The candidate should be an expert
in Implementing/developing/tuning Essbase / Planning application which uses
data sources such as large data warehouses, ERP systems and other data sources,
and integration of data with complex hierarchical dimensions.
5+ years in designing and developing application software using Oracle System 9
or later EPM suite of products
5+ years experience in multidimensional analysis, designing applications and
databases, designing and building dimensions, loading data, calculating data
and aggregation techniques
Thorough knowledge of ESSCMD and MAXL/MDX command language
Thorough knowledge of end user tools including Smartview, Visual Explorer, and
Essbase Add-in for Excel
Demonstrated knowledge of both native security and Shared Services security
Working knowledge of Workforce, Capex and Planning cubes.
Working knowledge of Linux OS
Working knowledge of software version control concepts and change management
processes
Working knowledge of ETL processes
Working knowledge of data modeling concepts both relational and dimensional
Working knowledge Hyperion EPM infrastructure
Working knowledge of automated job scheduling
Experience in FDM and DRM is plus
Experience with Oracle SQL and/or PL/SQL
