Location San Jose, CA or Phoenix AZ

Job Description :
Working closely with clients technical support on any production issues with product
Client will train the candidate on basic product management and log gathering.
Required Skills : Linux , TCPIP , storage admin : LUNS , WWPN , masking etc
Fiber-Channel and iSCSI knowledge is a plus.
Consultant needs to proactively monitor all support cases opened against customer
provide weekly status/updates on pending cases and work with support to solve them.
