Dear Partners,

Immediate need:

SFDC Tech Lead.  Ability to manage off shore resources.

Looking for a Tech Lead with SFDC Service Cloud and Release Mgmt skills. Sugar CRM or Sugar Replacement skills a plus.

Duration: 7/21 if possible or ASAP – November 20114

Location: Boston area and 50% remote

Project details:

Replacing an aging SugarCRM solution that has been customized to support a team of 1000+ support and operations folks. They current have SFDC Sales Cloud so this Phase will be to implement Service Cloud to replace the service functionality in SugarCRM. Eventually, Sugar will be replaced completely by SFDC and NetSuite.
